Please allow 5-7 Business Days for production.
We will send you proofs with your designs for your approval prior to sending these to print.
Custom products will take longer to process and refunds are limited to lost or damaged items.
Each custom mat comes in a 24" x 16" size and is made with Grade A tufted coir coconut fiber, making it perfect for outdoor use. All mats feature black vinyl backing for increased stability.

Damages:
- Bueno Bonito is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
U.S. Shipping Addresses:
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
